Please Note: These are in no particular order. I do own all of these myself, so I’ve read / watched them and can recommend them. A word of caution – You can read too much and become overwhelmed. Pick 2-3 of the pregnancy books, 1 breastfeeding book, and 1-3 Yoga DVDs. Any more and you’ll drive yourself batty. đ For the Yoga DVDs, please go to a few classes (assuming they are available in your area) before starting any DVD. It’s good to have an instructor who can guide you and help you stay safe.

Katy says
I didn’t know Shiva Rae has a postnatal yoga dvd. I didn’t really care for her prenatal one. I was so bummed I couldn’t take a class with her when I was in LA visiting my sister–I love her yoga flow cds!
Deena says
The big reason why I like her prenatal DVD is because she breaks it up by trimester and she gives good modifications.
